We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind our programs.
You can participate in Dreams & Goals with Soul Program for up to the first third of the program (eg. the first 10 days of the program). If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value or feel your learning style doesn’t match how we teach, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:
> Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 10 days of the start of the Dreams & Goals with Soul program. e.g. if the Program starts on 1st June then by 10th June.
> The deadline exists because if you sign up for a program, we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up this year, we'd love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund for each program does have a firm deadline.
> Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve).
> Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
> Please do not enroll for any of our Programs if you just want to "check it out." We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into our products and programs, and we expect you to do the same. Fairy Godmother Inc. Programs are for serious students only.
> No refunds will be offered until the start of the Program. No exceptions.
By signing up to any payment plans for our programs you are committed and legally obligated to make payment in full.
You will receive complete access to our products and programs with the benefit of an affordable payment plan option, which is offered in good faith on the understanding that you are committed to paying in full.
Credit Card Details
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information.
You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).
You hereby authorize Fairy Godmother Inc. to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires.
We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including lawyer’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
The Online Programs and Products offered by Fairy Godmother Inc. are ONLINE programs and information products and as such are delivered via email, sms, website and Facebook to you.
We will deliver using the email address and mobile number that you have provided in your registration. It is your obligation to ensure that we have the correct email address for you and that the emails do not land in your junk email or spam filter.
We recommend that you mark @fairygodmotherinc.com as a safe-sender.
Please also check your Gmail Promotions tab, as our emails may land in there.
You are responsible for connecting to our Private Facebook Group for the programs to get the content from Facebook.
Any Physical Books and Meditation CDs ordered will be delivered anywhere in South Africa using a Courier Company called The Courier Guy. Please provide a Daytime Phyical Address where you will be able to receive the courier during the day.
We will use the address you provide in your order. It is your obligation to ensure we have the correct courier address for you.
Your product will be couriered either on a Tuesday or Friday closest to when you place the order and should take between 3 to 5 days to reach you.
The Digital Versions of the Book or Meditation CD will be EMAILED to you.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is damaged, you should contact us immediately at email@example.com with details of the product, the defect, and a photograph. We will send a replacement item/s and our courier will collect the damaged item/s from you at the same time.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Website and to these Terms from time to time.
